Agent Cody is an AI planning assistant. Use this space to organize questions, compare possibilities, and choose a next step. Agent Cody has no browser or shell access, cannot file applications or permits, and cannot contact lenders or anyone else for you.
What needs checking
AI may lack current information or get things wrong. Verify sources and property facts. There is no guarantee of permits, rent, financing, or any other outcome. A loan discussion is not a loan quote; consider APR, fees, monthly payments, and the risks of borrowing against your home.
Where your notes live
Your conversations and checklist are saved on Taylor’s VPS. The administrator can technically access stored data. This is not end-to-end encrypted. Avoid entering passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive secrets into chat.
This app does not send push notifications, perform filings, or automatically contact anyone. Only the public app files are cached on your device; private conversations are not saved in the offline cache. Signing out removes the visible session from this page, but does not delete server records.
Keep it handy
Use your browser’s “Add to Home Screen” option for a notebook shortcut. An internet connection is needed to sign in, read saved work, and talk to Agent Cody.
